Jean-Baptiste PROST is Deputy General Manager and CTO of Pole Star, a leading company in indoor positioning. Jean-Baptiste graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (Palaiseau, France) in 1997 and from Telecom ParisTech (Paris, France) in 1999. Jean-Baptiste started his career at Motorola in 1999, leading a software development team in the field of mobile phones. From 2003 to 2006, Jean-Baptiste worked for Thales Alenia Space as product and technical manager, creating a high sensitivity A-GPS receiver.

At Pole Star, Jean-Baptiste is in charge of product management, R&D and operations. He leads the creation and introduction of the NAO suite, a leading indoor 360 location suite that delivers mobile centric location, tag tracking and analytics. The NAO suite connects people and assets to the building, providing sharper targeting, higher efficiency and better experience.

Jean-Baptiste made several publications (keynote speaker at IEEE ICUWB 2014, ENC-GNSS, GPS World, URSI, REE, etc.).
